Registration is not a licence

The registrations WEEX states publicly are: a US FinCEN MSB (Money Services Business) registration, a Canadian FINTRAC MSB registration, and an El Salvador Bitcoin Service Provider registration. Two things have to be said plainly about that list:

• An MSB registration is an anti-money-laundering (AML) registration. It is not a full operating licence, and it does not mean a regulator prudentially supervises the platform's finances or operations.
• This page did not independently verify those registrations. The US and Canadian public MSB registries were both checked while writing. Both require an interactive, JavaScript-driven query form, so no registry record could be reproduced here. The registrations above are therefore presented strictly as company statements. Separately, WEEX's published guidance states that the platform does not provide wealth-management, DeFi mining, staking, lending or leveraged futures services on other platforms or through third-party institutions.
