The fixed-rate lending and cyclical strategy protocol TermMax has announced that its governance and utility token TMX will hold its Token Generation Event (TGE) on August 25, 2026. TermMax currently has a TVL of over $90 million, with more than 1.5 million registered wallets and over 90,000 daily active users. It has been deployed on 10 EVM chains including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, and Berachain, and has integrated with Morpho, Aave, Venus, Pendle, and others. The total supply of the token is fixed at 1 billion, and rewards earned through XP, AP, and MP will be claimable after the TGE, with specific details on allocation, lock-up, and staking to be announced in advance. TermMax has previously received support from Cumberland DRW, Decima Fund, HashKey Capital, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund.
