Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger will subscribe to $12 million worth of Intel common stock at a public offering price of $95 per share. This information was disclosed in a supplemental filing of the prospectus submitted by Intel. This subscription is part of Intel's latest $20 billion public offering, rather than an increase in the secondary market. Intel had previously planned to issue $15 billion in common stock, but later expanded the offering size to $20 billion, issuing a total of 210,526,315 shares, and granting underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 31,578,947 shares within 30 days.
