美国制裁与锡那罗亚贩毒集团相关的加密洗钱网络
ChainCatcher 消息，美国财政部外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）宣布制裁两个与锡那罗亚贩毒集团相关的洗钱网络，涉及十余名个人及实体。其中一个网络被指负责将芬太尼及其他毒品销售所得现金转换为加密货币，并转移至墨西哥锡那罗亚集团高层。
OFAC 表示，该网络通过美国境内现金收取、加密货币转账以及与"Los Chapitos"派系相关的墨西哥经纪人进行洗钱。"Los Chapitos"由"矮子"古兹曼之子 Ivan 与 Alfredo Guzman Salazar 控制。被制裁对象包括涉嫌负责洗钱网络的 Armando de Jesus Ojeda Aviles，以及另一贩毒与洗钱组织负责人 Jesus Gonzalez Penuelas。
OFAC 称，该组织会在美国收集大量现金，再兑换为加密货币并转回墨西哥。根据制裁措施，相关个人及实体在美国境内的资产将被冻结，美国公民及企业也被禁止与其进行交易。
