合约交易英国拟将加密货币纳入金融监管体系，最迟2027年实施
BlockBeats 消息，12 月 15 日，英国政府计划最迟于 2027 年将加密货币全面纳入现有金融监管框架。英国财政部将向议会提交相关立法，拟在 2027 年 10 月前，把加密企业正式置于金融行为监管局（FCA）的监管之下。
英国财政大臣 Rachel Reeves 表示，将加密行业纳入监管范围是巩固英国数字时代全球金融中心地位的关键一步，有助于为企业提供明确规则、保护消费者，并将不良行为者挡在英国市场之外。
今年 4 月，英国财政部已发布监管草案，拟将加密交易所、经纪商和代理机构「纳入监管边界」。新立法将使加密资产在监管层面更接近股票等传统金融产品。目前，英国加密企业主要仅需在 FCA 注册，重点监管反洗钱风险。英国经济事务秘书 Lucy Rigby 表示，该立法是英国数字资产政策的重要里程碑，目标是「在数字资产采用方面走在世界前列」，并强调新规则将兼顾增长、创新与消费者保护。
此外，该立法也被视为与美国加密监管方向对齐的一步。英美两国已于去年 9 月成立工作组，探索在加密监管领域的合作。FCA 上月发布的加密监管路线图显示，英国计划在 2026 年底前 完成稳定币、交易平台和 DeFi 等领域的规则制定。
