香港联合 9 地打击跨境诈骗洗钱拘捕逾 3000 人，部分赃款被转换为稳定币
ChainCatcher 消息，据香港特区新闻公报，香港警方宣布已联合新加坡、韩国及泰国等 9 个国家和地区执法部门打击跨境诈骗及洗钱活动，本次行动于 3 月 10 日至 5 月 7 日进行，共拘捕 3018 人，涉及超过 13.8 万宗诈骗案件，总损失约 7.52 亿美元（约 58.9 亿港元）。
行动期间，执法部门共冻结 101,989 个银行账户并成功拦截约 1.61 亿美元（约 12.6 亿港元）骗款，其中香港警方拘捕 870 人并拦截约 5.39 亿港元资金。最大案件为一家新加坡公司被骗 3600 万美元（约 2.8 亿港元），相关资金随后流入香港及其他地区多个银行账户，其中约一半被转换为稳定币并分散转入不同虚拟资产钱包，经警方追踪后成功冻结其中 2000 万美元资金。
调查显示，诈骗集团透过虚拟资产平台洗黑钱情况呈上升趋势，各地需继续透过情报互通和协作机制，提升应对涉及虚拟资产罪行的能力。
