合约交易FT：Telegram 2025年上半年营收达8.7亿美元，全年目标20亿美元
BlockBeats 消息，1 月 6 日，据《金融时报》报道，加密友好型通讯应用 Telegram 在筹备潜在 IPO 之际，2025 年营收大幅增长。未经审计的财务数据显示，Telegram 2025 年上半年营收达 8.7 亿美元，同比上涨 65%，去年同期为 5.25 亿美元。
其中约 3 亿美元来自「独家合作协议」，主要与 Telegram 生态加密资产 Toncoin（TON）相关。Telegram 2025 年全年营收目标为 20 亿美元。
尽管上半年运营利润接近 4 亿美元，Telegram 仍录得逾 2.2 亿美元净亏损，主要原因是其持有的 Toncoin 资产减值。数据显示，TON 在 2025 年内价格下跌约 69%。Telegram 向投资者披露，其年内已出售超过 4.5 亿美元的 TON，约占 TON 当前市值的 10%。
此外，报道称约 5 亿美元的 Telegram 债券因西方制裁被冻结在俄罗斯中央证券存管机构，凸显公司在俄罗斯相关风险敞口。Telegram 近年来多次发行债券，包括 2025 年 5 月发行的 17 亿美元可转债，BlackRock 与阿布扎比主权基金 Mubadala 均为现有支持方。报道称，Telegram CEO Pavel Durov 目前仍在法国接受调查，相关法律不确定性被认为是其 IPO 进程中的关键障碍。
