Ukrainian State Companies Spent Over 2.3 Billion UAH on Russian Software
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, state companies in Ukraine have spent over 2.3 billion UAH on Russian software through the Prozorro system. Since 2017, the total amount of such purchases has exceeded 3.37 billion UAH. Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO of IT-Enterprise, noted that about 75% of Ukrainian users continue to use toxic software; however, there is a growing trend towards switching to Ukrainian alternatives. The 'Enemy Software' project aims to ban Russian software and transition to Ukrainian solutions. More than 65,000 users have already switched to products from the Master line, with a dynamic of over 60 new clients connecting monthly in 2026. Positive changes are also observed in the CRM systems segment, where Ukrainian solutions are being implemented instead of Russian Bitrix24 and AmoCRM. The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine has expanded the list of banned software from 40 to 416 items, including antivirus programs from Dr. Web and Kaspersky Lab, as well as software products from 1C and BAS. The IT Ukraine Association supported a bill that proposes a complete rejection of Russian software by 2030, which is expected to enhance cybersecurity and promote the development of national technologies.
