Seedance 2.5 officially supports native 1080p video generation, with the API launched simultaneously. This version is positioned as "cinema-grade long narrative," featuring realistic image quality and long shot capabilities, having previously supported 480p and 720p video generation. The introduction of 1080p capability enhances image clarity and visual quality, expanding the possibilities for post-production and raising the upper limits for professional scenarios. According to the Volcano Engine official website, the Seedance 2.5 1080p API has launched a limited-time discount for the first month, reducing the price of 1080p image-to-video generation from 3.7 yuan/second to approximately 2.7 yuan/second, with the discount lasting until September 17.
