He Yi: It's easy to spread FUD, but it's always difficult to clear it
Binance CEO He Yi posted on the X platform, stating, "It's easy to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD), but it's always difficult to clear it away."
It is reported that Binance has achieved its second victory in a lawsuit related to the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) within two weeks. A U.S. federal court in Alabama dismissed all claims against Binance, which accused it of violating the ATA. This ruling follows Binance's recent victory in the Southern District of New York, where the federal court also dismissed all charges against the company.
