Coinbase Expands Partnership with Webull to Extend Crypto Trading to Canada
Coinbase and Webull Pay are expanding their partnership to extend crypto trading services to the Canadian market through Coinbase's Crypto-as-a-Service platform, which has already been launched in the United States, Brazil, and Australia. According to a survey by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), the local crypto asset ownership rate has increased from 10% in 2023 to 25%. Webull Canada Crypto Limited is regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and offers crypto trading services limited to order execution; Coinbase Canada, Inc. is registered as a restricted dealer in all provinces and territories of Canada.
