Dinari has partnered with Circle to launch a blockchain-based tokenized stock trading service, aiming to bring S&P 500 index components onto the blockchain. Dinari's dShares tokens represent underlying stocks, with each token corresponding to real securities held in custody by regulated institutions. Investors can buy and sell stocks using USDC through self-custody wallets, supporting instant settlement and cross-platform asset transfers. This model aims to connect the approximately $300 billion stablecoin market with the over $60 trillion US stock market. The Dinari platform is now live in 85 jurisdictions, supporting over 6,000 tokenized assets. Dinari co-founder and CEO Gabriel Otte stated that in the future, stock tokens could become a trusted ledger of stock ownership, and the tokenization of traditional securities is becoming an important direction for financial institutions to explore.
