In a report submitted on August 12, BMO reported 323 shares of the Rex-Osprey Ripple ETF (XRPR) and 20 shares of the ProShares Ultra Ripple ETF (UXRP) as of June 30. The valuations were $2,771 and $199, respectively. The total reported securities amounted to approximately $303.6 billion. The combined valuation of the two Ripple-linked ETFs does not represent a significant portion of the overall portfolio. This filing does not indicate that BMO has directly purchased Ripple ETFs; rather, the positions were noted to be associated with Stoker Oslin Wealth Advisors. The 13F is a system where institutional investors holding a certain amount of securities must submit their holdings to the SEC. XRPR provides exposure to Ripple price movements, while UXRP is a leveraged ETF that aims to track Ripple's daily performance at approximately twice the rate. This filing demonstrates that the Ripple-linked ETF shares are a small part of a traditional financial institution's portfolio, rather than direct holdings of Ripple itself. As of the time of reporting, Ripple is trading at $1.02, reflecting a 0.54% decrease over the past 24 hours.
